Neil Dobler grew up in Arizona and rural Kansas and graduated from Eureka High School, Kansas State University and the University of Kansas. Neil moved to Topeka with his family in 1988 and has lived in the City for 33 years and in District 7 since 2001.
Neil is a civil engineer with a background in Public Administration. He has served on numerous boards including the University of Kansas Health System, St. Francis Campus board of trustees, the Topeka Civic Theatre and Academy, the Topeka Chamber and is a member of Topeka South Rotary.
Neil’s wife Beth is an elementary education professor at Emporia State University. He has three sons and a grandson living and working in Topeka and a stepdaughter and stepson in Kansas City and Michigan.
